IMA Ready is a digital appointment preparation tool operated by WIM Studio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

The service helps you structure your symptoms, concerns, and goals before a GP, nurse, or specialist appointment. IMA Ready is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice of any kind.

By using IMA Ready you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use IMA Ready. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

IMA Ready is currently available to users based in the United Kingdom. Use from outside the UK is not guaranteed to comply with local laws and is at your own risk.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering. Do not impersonate anyone or use a false identity.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at hello@imaready.co.uk.

IMA Ready is a paid subscription service. Current pricing is displayed at imaready.co.uk. All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. WIM Studio Ltd never stores your card details.

If a payment fails, your access may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved. We will notify you by email before taking any action.

Users who subscribe during the founding member period are entitled to locked-in pricing for as long as their subscription remains active.

Founding member pricing applies to the plan (monthly or annual) you originally subscribed on. Switching plans may result in the new plan being charged at the standard rate at the time of the switch.

Founding member pricing is non-transferable and applies to your account only. It cannot be shared, gifted, or combined with other offers.

WIM Studio Ltd reserves the right to end the founding member pricing period at any time. Users who have already subscribed before that date will retain their locked-in rate.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at hello@imaready.co.uk.

On cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time on monthly plans.

Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your first payment. To request a refund within this period, email us at hello@imaready.co.uk.

You agree not to use IMA Ready to:

• –Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• –Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or another user's data
• –Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the IMA Ready platform
• –Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• –Harass, abuse, or harm other users or clinicians connected to the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without notice and without refund.

All content, design, software, and materials within IMA Ready are owned by or licensed to WIM Studio Ltd and are protected by UK and international intellectual property law.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use IMA Ready for your own private, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of the personal data and content you submit through the app. By using the service, you grant WIM Studio Ltd a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

IMA Ready is an appointment preparation tool only. It does not provide medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

Any summaries or structured outputs generated by IMA Ready are based entirely on information you have entered. They are intended to help you communicate with your healthcare provider — they are not clinical assessments.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concern. Never delay seeking medical help because of information or summaries produced by IMA Ready.

In a medical emergency, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E immediately.

Camouflage Mode allows you to display a neutral screen (such as a grocery list or recipe book) in place of the IMA Ready interface. This feature is provided to protect your privacy in shared or sensitive environments.

WIM Studio Ltd accepts no liability for any situation arising from reliance on Camouflage Mode as a security or privacy measure. Your disguise preference is stored on your device and does not affect how your data is processed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WIM Studio Ltd shall not be liable for:

• –Any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use IMA Ready
• –Any decisions made based on summaries or outputs generated by the app
• –Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the service
• –Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of IMA Ready shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We aim to keep IMA Ready available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
